Machine for recovering foam from leather
The machine enables the recovery of foam from "skins" that are formed when cutting a block, the device consists of a horizontal cutting module - a horizontal knife with a roller clamp and a vacuum table, as well as a longitudinal and transverse formatting station (circular saws in the x and y axes).

Fast and precise cutting
The vertical automatic machine is a device designed for straight cuts of flexible foams. The device is aimed at the upholstered furniture market and the broadly understood packaging industry. The vertical machine is an easy-to-use machine whose main purpose is to cut polyurethane foam blocks into any sheets or cuboid shapes. The machine, using two sliding sides placed on the work table and a movable portal with a saw, can perform longitudinal cuts of a given size.
Simple operation
Both of these feeds are controlled and programmed from the operator panel (PLC controller with touch panel).
We can enter the desired dimension, number of cuts, cutting length and cutting speed into the operator panel. The software of the vertical machine allows you to remember many cutting programs that can be quickly activated without having to enter all the data. The left worktable can be equipped with an air cushion that makes it easier for the operator to manipulate the block between cutting operations.
Vertical contour
The vertical machine is an extremely versatile device for cutting flexible polyurethane, the main feature of the machine is the ability to use cutting technology: endless blade and combined movable tables. This allows you to cut any shape of furniture elements from foam sheets. The machine is equipped with belt tables and, optionally, a buffer for preparing (spreading) foam sheets. The machine is controlled by easy-to-use software. To obtain the desired cutting shape, you can use: a digitizing table, or load a drawing created in a CAD program in DXF format.
The machine is characterized by high work speed and high cutting precision.

Horizontal contour (oscillation)
Why oscillation?
The horizontal contour cutter with an oscillating knife is a machine for contour cutting flexible foams of various densities with a rotary, serrated knife.
An oscillating knife has an advantage over a blade without an end in that it allows for much better precision in the production of elements. The second important feature in favor of choosing this type of machine is the low operating cost - long blade life, many times exceeding that of devices with an endless knife.
Various uses
The contour cutting machine cuts a variety of shapes in many types of flexible polyurethane foams. The contour is used mainly in the furniture industry, especially in the production of shapes for upholstered furniture or in the production of mattresses. The contour cutter has a versatile use, thanks to the ability to cut foam into blocks with a maximum size of 2200x2200x1300mm.
Greater functionality
The machine is equipped with a rotary table thanks to which you can cut more complex shapes that require, for example, chamfering a cube on 4 sides (seat). The contour machine can also be used to slice foam blocks as an alternative to other machines such as vertical and horizontal machines, but this is not its primary use.
